If a mistake is made in the engraving details provided at checkout (including spelling, dates, numbers, or formatting):
    •    The item is not eligible for return or refund
    •    We engrave exactly what is entered at checkout

Our Errors

If we make a mistake on your order (such as incorrect engraving that does not match what was submitted):
    •    Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    •    Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
    •    We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation

Non-Returnable Items
    •    Custom or personalized products
    •    Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
    •    Orders with correct engraving but changed mind after delivery
